Dunes West is a gated, marshfront golf course community in Mount Pleasant, about 15 minutes from the beach and about 20 minutes to Downtown Charleston. It features condos, townhomes, and single family homes and amenities such as two swimming pools, play park, tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness center, community dock, boat ramp, on-site boat storage and jogging/walking paths.
Condos start from around $195,000. Townhomes fall into the same range, but some feature small backyards. Single family home pricing begins in the mid 200s in the subsections which are outside of the gated portion, to upwards of $2,000,000 for homes in the subsections located on the marsh and golf course.
